We design and distribute handbags and home décor products to customers in the UK, US, EU, Asia, and worldwide. Our offices are located in the UK and the USA. AC Jade Trading Limited, based in Camberley, Surrey, UK, is seeking a full‑time, multi‑talented Assistant to support daily B2B and B2C retail fulfilment operations, warehouse operation and general sales support.

- Full‑time position (on site, not remote)
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch break.
- Salary Range: £22,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description
- Retail Operational Assistant – Daily Fulfilment for B2C and B2B platforms.
- Print orders from various platforms.
- Handle the picking list/orders to the warehouse.
- Pick, pack and seal the boxes ready to ship.
- Book shipping for parcels and take phone calls as needed.
Warehouse Operation Support
- Analyze stock levels and place orders with suppliers.
- Create stock level reports and identify shortages.
- Generate purchase orders and oversee the process until stock is received in the UK warehouse.
- Monitor progress, adjust completion dates, and coordinate with shipping agents to obtain shipment dates.
- Unload stock from truck to the ground with ACJ staff.
- Assist in allocating stock to the racks.
- Replenish pick boxes daily to support warehouse fulfilment operations.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central.
- Provide customer service for all retail customers.
- Support manager and director in marketing activities.
Experience Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to learn pick‑up machines and forklift (training provided).
- Prepared for flexible hours, including occasional Saturday mornings.
- Ready for hands‑on physical warehouse operations.
- Telephone conversation skills essential for providing telephone services.
- Experience with multi‑disciplinary job activities (office, warehouse, clerical and hands‑on).
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Effective liaison with office and warehouse staff.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory).
- Willingness to learn SAGE Business Management and Blue Alligator software.
- Clear, organized and efficient communication skills.
