Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately install various signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
  • Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including bucket truck, ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
  • Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
  • Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

A Standard Day Would Look Like This

  • 7:45 am: Arrival and preparation for the day's installations.
  • 8:00 am: Team meeting to review the weekly installation schedule.
  • 8:30 am–9:00 am: Prepare/load necessary tools/materials.
  • 9:00 am–4:00 pm: Travel to installation sites and complete installations. Take completion photos, and notify office team of completed jobs or issues.
  • 4:00 pm–4:30 pm: Reorganize tools, vehicles, and prepare for the next day as needed. Optionally, 4 × 10‑hour days may be available.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sign installation or a related construction field.
  • Problem‑solving ability.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.
  • Wrap certifications preferred but not required.
