This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially‑minded marketing executive who knows how to build and scale a modern B2B Saa S marketing organisation.

You'll own the overall marketing strategy, aligning it with company objectives and revenue goals, while placing particular emphasis on building a world‑class demand‑generation engine that drives predictable pipeline growth.

Unlike many VP Marketing roles, this position is not expected to lead specialist functions such as Product Marketing, Content Marketing or Field Marketing, as these capabilities already exist within Signal AI.

Instead, you'll bring these teams together into a cohesive growth strategy, ensuring every marketing activity contributes to awareness, pipeline and revenue.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and the Executive Leadership Team, you'll establish marketing as a key commercial growth function.

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute Signal AI's global marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Build an integrated marketing organisation that connects brand, campaigns, product marketing, field marketing and content into a single commercial strategy.
  • Establish marketing planning, prioritisation and operating rhythms across the business.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Leadership to ensure marketing is accountable for pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop high‑performing marketing leaders.
  • Demand Generation & Growth
  • Own Signal AI's demand generation strategy across the entire customer journey.
  • Design scalable, multi‑channel programmes that generate qualified pipeline across enterprise accounts.
  • Develop Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies alongside Sales to engage strategic customers.
  • Build sophisticated lifecycle marketing programmes that improve conversion across every funnel stage.
  • Optimise digital acquisition, paid media, organic growth, email marketing, partnerships and outbound support.
  • Create measurement frameworks that continually improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Revenue Operations & Performance
  • Establish clear marketing KPIs focused on pipeline contribution, revenue influence, customer acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
  • Use data, experimentation and customer insights to optimise performance.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to improve lead management, attribution, forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure marketing investment is directed towards the highest‑impact growth initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Product Marketing to strengthen positioning and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to develop campaigns that educate buyers and accelerate demand.
  • Work with Field Marketing to deliver integrated regional and industry programmes.
  • Support Customer Success with expansion and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams on employer brand where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading B2B Saa S marketing organisations, ideally within enterprise software or AI.
  • Proven success building demand generation engines that consistently deliver pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B buying journeys and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), integrated campaign planning and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to achieve shared commercial goals.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, forecasting and performance optimisation.
  • Experience managing senior marketing leaders and scaling high‑performing teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across the organisation.
  • Experience marketing AI, data, analytics or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Experience scaling marketing during periods of rapid company growth.
  • Familiarity with international enterprise markets across EMEA and North America.
  • Experience marketing to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers in large organisations.
  • Deliver a clear, company‑wide marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
