The predicted salary is between 24000 - 29000 £ per year.

Cellar management – yeast offs, gravs, ph, temperature and pressure control, dry hopping etc

CIP – with full training, CIP on tanks, casks, kegs, filters, canning line, bottling line and any transfer lines/pumps

Packaging – washing and filling kegs on the semi automated line, washing and racking casks when required, assisting with canning and bottling when required

Preparation and clean down of packaging equipment

Assisting on brew days where possible, mashing in, casting and pitching

Being generally proactive around the brewery in regards to hygiene and safety

Occasional dray/delivery jobs and warehouse/fulfilment duties

Keep on top of record keeping for brewing, cleaning and packaging in both paper form and within Breww software

Adhere to our SALSA standard and assist with keeping documentation up to date

Be a part of a great team, get stuck in and enjoy yourself

Organised, proactive and open to learning

Ideally 6 months to a years experience in a commercial brewery

Beneficial to have any qualifications from IBD or other bodies, but candidates without will of course still be considered

Good with customers and trade, open and able to help with events

An understanding of dispense systems and mobile bar set up is desired but not required

Able to cope with the very physical nature of working in a production brewery

A full UK clean driving licence is desirable

A keen interest in beer and the process to produce and package it

A good attitude and willingness to work within a team

Training in every aspect of beer production, including QA/QC.

All PPE will be supplied and maintained by the business

Attractive beer allowance for staff. We have a tap wall on site and are currently designing a tasting room
