We’re entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our leadership team to drive performance and ensure exceptional service delivery across the business. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day‑to‑day commercial activity across sales, customer service and provisioning
- Working closely with Directors and the Operations Manager on strategy, performance and people management
- Managing the full customer sales journey from order to installation and ongoing satisfaction
- Coaching, developing and motivating a high‑performing team
- Monitoring performance, identifying best practice and supporting continuous improvement
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding market needs
- Validating contracts and ensuring solutions meet customer requirements
- Visiting customers' premises to carry out detailed site surveys and devise tailored solutions that meet their operational and commercial needs
- Taking a hands‑on approach where necessary to support delivery, resolve issues and maintain service excellence
- Overseeing installation projects end‑to‑end
- Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
- Coordinating stock, provisioning and technical configuration
- Ensuring accurate CRM usage and smooth operation of the billing platform
