We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our award-winning team in Stokesley. This hybrid role blends customer service and technical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building rapport, and working with telecoms and IT systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer queries including billing inquiries, delivery issues, SIM swaps and handset troubleshooting on desk phones and mobile handsets.
- Diagnosing and reporting network issues such as FTTC, Ethernet, and VOIP.
- Configuring customer equipment including wireless networks, hosted systems, routers, and switches.
- Support customers with mobile related issues including connectivity, device set up and account queries.
- Managing and maintaining cloud-hosted infrastructure.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolutions.
- Recording all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Occasional site visits as required.
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing ideas to improve our processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A customer-first mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of broadband, Ethernet connectivity, and hosted systems.
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in telecoms, IT, or technical support is an advantage.
