Role Description
The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Stokesley. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying their communication needs, and recommending suitable products and services. The role includes managing customer accounts, ensuring consistent service excellence, addressing client inquiries and concerns, as well as working towards sales goals. The job holder will be expected to generate new business opportunities, so building rapport with decision makers is critical in order to develop a strong pipeline. The job holder will be responsible for the sale from start to finish, including initial contact, fact finding, quoting, preparing proposals and contract completion.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in sales, account management, and achieving performance targets
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales or the telecommunications industry is advantageous
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
