The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location. Location: Bristol (hybrid). We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 times per quarter.

Signable is hiring a Visual Designer with experience across brand, motion, and video. In this brand new role, you’ll create bold, engaging visual work that elevates our brand, supports our growth, and helps more people discover and trust Signable. What you will be doing: You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks, feels, and evolves as we grow. Working across the marketing team as well as other internal teams, you’ll bring creativity and consistency to every touchpoint, helping us stand out in a competitive tech landscape while keeping our visual identity aligned, accessible, and engaging. This role is designed to grow, with opportunities to deepen skills in motion, brand, and digital design as the company scales.

  • Design & creation: Develop original visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, email communications, digital advertising, and printed materials.
  • Brand development & guardianship: Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, working closely with the marketing manager and wider team to ensure consistency.
  • Collaboration and concept development: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and People teams to translate ideas and briefs into clear, compelling design outputs.
  • Digital and Web Design: Create web-ready assets and design layouts that enhance the user experience, collaborating with developers to ensure visuals are optimised for responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Motion and video: This will form a meaningful part of this role, particularly for social, product, and marketing content.
  • Print and production: Prepare artwork for print, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment from design to delivery.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay curious about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in areas such as AI in design, motion, and brand accessibility.
  • Portfolio of work: Able to showcase a range of examples across different media types, demonstrating versatility and creative thinking.
  • Software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or similar), and experience with After Effects and basic video editing tools.
  • Brand consistency: Ability to follow and adapt existing brand guidelines.
  • Typography and layout: Understanding of visual hierarchy and readability principles.
  • Web design: Understanding of web layout principles and ability to collaborate with developers.
  • Motion graphics: Experience in creating and editing for use across digital platforms.
  • Attention to detail: Strong eye for alignment, colour, and spacing.
  • Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility in design principles.
  • Time management: Capable of juggling multiple briefs under deadlines.

Nice to Haves: Photography and/or illustration experience. Experience with Google Workspace. Understanding and knowledge of AI in design and motion.
