We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and committed team in Hailsham. Sign Wizard is an established design, print, and marketing business with a proud reputation of service to clients both locally and nationally. We are looking for an experienced (ideally 3 years) and personable individual with direct experience in the signage industry.
Job Details:
- Full time – 8.30 to 5.30pm
- Permanent
What you will do:
- Fitting of various signs and graphics including trays, post and panel, acrylic signs, shop facias, etc.
- Working on and offsite where necessary using power tools and access equipment where required.
- Application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates including vehicles and window graphics.
- Installation of exhibition graphics and internal branding.
- Assembly and installation of vehicle graphics from simple applications to full wraps.
- Operate wide format printers and cutters.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in the signage industry in a hands-on and creative role.
- Someone with a willingness to travel due to the nature of the role and a full UK driving licence.
- A keen eye and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude and problem-solving work ethic.
- A person who can work to tight deadlines and deliver great work on time.
- A good team player is essential but also able to work under their own initiative.
- Trained or experienced in the application of 3M vehicle wrapping media (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- The ability to interpret briefs accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Flexible, well organised, and able to deal with clients confidently.
