Office Based Help Build the Next Stage of Growth at Sign Lead. Sign Lead is a growing signage and large‑format print business based in Durham. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially‑minded individual to become a key part of our team. This is a varied role with genuine responsibility. Working directly with the Managing Director, you’ll help bring structure, visibility and accountability to the business, ensuring opportunities aren’t missed and the company has the systems and organisation needed to continue growing. We’re not necessarily looking for a fully‑fledged manager. We’re looking for somebody who enjoys creating order, improving processes, taking ownership and making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining our CRM system
  • Ensuring enquiries and quotations are tracked and followed up
  • Coordinating customer communication and account administration
  • Managing supplier relationships and purchasing administration
  • Supporting cash‑flow visibility and business reporting
  • Producing KPI, sales and operational reports
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and business priorities
  • Helping improve systems, processes and workflow
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the business

About You

You may currently work as an Operations Coordinator or Business Support Manager. Most importantly, you’ll be:

  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented
  • Proactive and dependable
  • Commercially aware
  • Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Naturally solutions‑focused
  • Someone who enjoys improving how a business operates

Experience with CRM systems, Xero, Trello or similar business software would be advantageous but is not essential.
