Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential operational and execution support across the UK marketing function, enabling the team to deliver digital campaigns, events, and marketing projects efficiently and consistently. This is a hands-on, generalist role combining marketing coordination and operational responsibilities. The position supports a broad range of marketing activities, working closely with colleagues across digital channels, marketing automation, website, events, and brand/creative to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activity. This position requires 3 to 4 days per week on-site presence and is ideal for a proactive and organised junior marketer (2‑3 years’ experience) looking to develop a broad skill set within a fast-paced and purpose-driven organisation.

Responsibilities
- Work with the UK Marketing team to support and coordinate delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, marketing automation, website, events, and brand/creative projects.
- Manage shared inboxes and marketing calendars, including triaging requests, responding to queries, and assigning and tracking actions through to completion.
- Assist with marketing automation, website updates and content management, working with internal teams and external partners as required.
- Assist with coordination of internal marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Experience/Education/Certifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other General Requirements / Additional Notes
- Familiarity with Canva, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence, or similar tools.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required.
