Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team, dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and culture. In this role, you will collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth operations, manage employee records, respond to HR queries, support policy and process improvements, and assist with payroll processing. To succeed in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing employee contracts, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR-related files such as job descriptions, performance evaluations, and employee records while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Assist in processing payroll, including tracking employee time sheets, leave balances, and handling payroll inquiries.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, posting job advertisements, and coordinating the recruitment process.
- Support employee relations initiatives and help coordinate training programs.
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in arranging travel bookings for employees and ensuring travel arrangements adhere to company policies and budgets.
- Any other task assigned by the Head of HR.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum Education: HND in Business or HR related course
- Preferred Education: BA Business/Human Resources or CIPD Level 3/5
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1+ years as a HR Assistant or Administration role
- Knowledge of payroll processing and Employee Relations is highly desirable.

- Experience using HRIS systems (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (desirable)
