We (f.r.a.) are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team, based in our London or Shrewsbury studio. This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, growing key accounts, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the studio.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects run efficiently, while also developing client partnerships, attending industry events, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities- Build, nurture and develop long‑term client relationships
- Take ownership of key accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work
- Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent the studio at industry events
- Manage projects from onboarding through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the design team by planning, budgeting, and allocating resources
- Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to maintain efficient workflows
- Brief, mentor, and manage staff and freelancers when required
- Monitor project performance and contribute to monthly invoicing targets
- 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager within the creative industry
- Strong relationship‑building and client‑facing skills
- Confident attending events and representing a studio externally
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and programmes for high‑value clients
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe CC, and Mac OS
- Willingness and ability to travel as part of the role
- London or Shrewsbury base with hybrid working (minimum of three days in studio + remote)
- Flexible working culture, including a regular midweek day off (Wednesdays)
