This role follows a 3 shift pattern of earlies and nights.
- Weft cutter is cutting cleanly, no frayed edges; side cutters are cutting smoothly.
- Visually inspect fabric around looms during production.
- Roll doffing.
- To operate looms as required by the Technician.
- Operate a clean-as-you-go mindset in line with the FOD prevention programme.
- Use the correct cleaning methods as instructed by the 2D Technician or Team Leader.
- Raise any concerns over fabric quality to the 2D Technician.
