The Role ST Team Leader will be responsible for t he day to day management of the department and providing support to the ST Production Lead as required. This will include managing the performance of the team, decision-making on issues relating to production and output, liaising with other departments to ensure there are no issues affecting production, as well as managing day to day people issues such as absence, performance etc. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organising machine manning against available operators Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner providing the correct level of support and guidance to the team members Dealing with all people-related issues such as absence management, performance, managing behaviours Making sure warping and setting jobs are on track for planned deadlines; liaising with warpers and technicians to en…
