You will oversee the full lifecycle of company assets and govern asset operations across EMEA offices. You will review and approve asset transfers and updates, conduct inventory checks, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate asset ledgers. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and other teams to optimise the asset management system, support audits, and ensure compliance. You will implement SOPs and process improvements, assist with regional office projects, provide backup support, help create and communicate asset management policies, and act as a liaison between regional offices and HQ.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, inventory control, or financial asset tracking, ideally within a regional or multi-site environment.
- Managing EMEA or international asset portfolios is desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and occasionally to other global offices.
