Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a field sales team in Northern Ireland, driving regional growth through new business, key accounts and distributor partnerships.

You will manage 3 Sales Executives, deliver regional targets, coach the team, and work with distributors on joint plans, promotions and launches.

Salary circa £70,000–£75,000 + bonus, plus healthcare, car, fuel card, phone and laptop.
