About Your New Job As A Production Operative

As a Production Operative, you will manufacture high-quality products using approved processes within a manufacturing-controlled environment. Understand and follow the company’s Health & Safety policies. Comply with all aspects of the Quality System, adhering to the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice, ensuring products are manufactured within the defined parameters of the Quality Management System. Operation of all processing equipment in accordance with current Standard Operating Procedures. Completion of all documentation associated with the manufacture of a product in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice.

What Skills You Need For Your New Job As A Production Operative

  • Ideally, you will have 6 months working in a regulated environment – food, pharmaceutical, or aerospace.
  • Strong level of written and verbal English, as this will be tested internally before the interview.
  • Willingness to work shifts – shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am (Monday to Friday).
