As the Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead, supervise and develop a team of Senior Finance Officers, Finance Officers, and Finance Assistants to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Prepare group financial projections, budgets, cashflow forecasts, annual revenue, and capital budget models for the Association and related companies.
- Oversee management and financial accounting services, financial systems and procedures, payroll, pension schemes, and statutory monitoring returns.
- Play a key role in strategic business planning, internal controls, and continuous improvement projects across the Association.
