About Your New Job as Insurance Broker
As a Client Manager in the Corporate Insurance team, you will
- Proactively manage key client and insurer relationships across multiple industry sectors.
- Negotiate, place, and report to clients at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages, ensuring coverage adequacy.
- Independently manage your workload, maintaining accurate records and up-to-date client files.
- Deliver high-quality policy documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, and team members, responding promptly and professionally to client queries.
- Occasionally attend client meetings to support colleagues.
- Consistently uphold company procedures, compliance regulations, and exceptional client service standards.
- Support team and business objectives by generating sales, identifying opportunities, up-selling, and cross-selling where appropriate.
- What Skills You Need as an Insurance Broker
- Corporate/commercial insurance broking experience is very desirable.
- Client-focused, enthusiastic approach and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Advanced administrative and IT skills (Acturis experience is a plus).
- Professional qualifications (Cert CII) or willingness to work towards one is advantageous.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial classes of business and insurance products desirable
