About Your New Job
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships across Northern Ireland. You will proactively generate leads, confidently reach out to prospects (including cold calls), and close new business opportunities. You will handle the full sales cycle—from initial contact, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms, to delivering tailored proposals and contracts. You will use CRM tools to plan and track your activities, ensuring a full pipeline and achievement of set targets. You will develop long‑term partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and staying ahead of market trends with targeted campaigns.
