About Your New Employer
Working for an Irish owned family run business that is over 30 years old.
They are hugely successful and are an Irish Manufacturer of Ingredients & Sauces for Food Services, Retail and Manufacturing with operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Due to Expansion and Success, they are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Foodservice Sales Representatives across Northern Ireland, driving regional sales growth through new business development, key account management and strong distributor partnerships.
About your Area Sales Manager job in Northern Ireland
- Manage and motivate a Team of 3 Sales Executives and to grow this team
- Deliver regional sales targets and drive new business growth.
- Identify and win new food service customers.
- Develop key accounts through structured account planning and regular customer engagement.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead, coach and develop the Food service Sales team and set clear targets, KPIs and action plans.
- Conduct regular field visits, reviews and sales training.
- Develop strong relationships with national and regional food service distributors.
- Work with distributor sales teams to grow shared customers and deliver joint sales plans.
- Support promotions, new product launches and category initiatives.
- Support forecasting and sales planning with accurate reporting.
