We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project/Fixture Manager to join our ACC Fixture Management Team. In this role, you will take ownership of your own projects, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards. You will drive excellence in Health & Safety, maintain profitability, and continuously look for opportunities to innovate and improve ways of working.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop project information using sales floor plans, installer surveys, architect documentation and client briefs.
- Create feasibility cost plans and work closely with the client PQS to meet project timelines.
- Load equipment requirements into the call-off system and manage phasing in line with installer/client expectations.
- Collaborate with installers and clients to confirm survey and costing requirements.
- Source and request quotes to build accurate cost plans.
- Work alongside ACC teams to ensure equipment and transport needs are met.
- Prepare cost plans and order documentation and manage equipment orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adjust orders and costs as drawings develop.
- Carry out ongoing project administration.
- Capture additional works and snagging requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage commercial elements including cost plans, quotes, orders, phasing and final accounts.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
- Demonstrate leadership through full project ownership from initiation to completion.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Experience in retail, fitâout, construction, installations, or shelving/ancillary systems.
- Proven project management experience with strong commercial and Health & Safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team member.
- Strong relationshipâbuilding and customerâservice skills.
Qualifications:
- Degreeâlevel qualification or equivalent in construction, retail, or a related field.
