We are looking for a Building Services Manager. Number of Roles: 1 | Division: Building Services | Location: Dewsbury.

Outline of role: The Building Services Manager is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation, and maintenance of all these essential systems. You will work alongside estimators and construction delivery teams.
Main responsibilities: The role encompasses the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment found in all buildings, including:
- Water, gas and electricity supplies
- Lighting, heating and air-conditioning
- ICT
- Security systems
- Lifts and escalators
- Sprinkler systems
Mandatory requirement for all roles: to comply with GDPR Principles.
Qualifications:
- Industry Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- Design and Co-ordination experience
- Knowledge of Industry regulations
