No weekends. Know where you stand with a two-shift rota. This schedule consists of a week of days from Monday to Friday (6 am-2 pm), followed by a week of nights from Sunday to Thursday (10 pm-6 am).

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Production Team Leader, you will take on a hands-on production and supervisory role. You will spend roughly 80% of your time on production duties and the other 20% focused on leading a small team. You are responsible for monitoring KPIs and escalating issues to the supervisor. It is the perfect blend of leading from the front and overseeing team performance.

What You’ll Need to Apply:

  • Experience leading teams while performing a hands-on production role.
  • Reporting experience including health and safety near misses, safety observations, and manufacturing output communication.
  • Experience with 5S audits and maintaining housekeeping standards is preferred.
