About the Trainee Process Operator role:

You’ll be part of a team transforming raw materials into products that are essential materials for industries including electronics and automotive. The work can be physical and hands-on, but if you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, this is a chance to grow with a company investing in its future.

What you will be doing as the Trainee Process Operator:

  • Operating and monitoring production processes.
  • Handling raw materials and finished products.
  • Keeping the plant running smoothly with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.

What we are looking for:

The package:

  • Salary: A starting rate of £12.71 - £13.50 per hour
  • Holidays: 20 days holiday, plus the 8 bank holidays, and Christmas off which does not come out of the 20 days. After 2 years holidays increase to 22 days, and to 25 days after 9 years.
  • Other Benefits: Private medical after 1 year’s service, the potential for two bonuses per year, and occasional overtime at enhanced rates.
  • Hours of Work: Initially days Monday to Wednesday 6.30am - 5pm, Thursday 6.30am - 2.30pm - Fridays OFF.
