What you'll be doing as the Junior Field Service Engineer
As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you'll develop into the technical expert customers rely on. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced equipment across the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Providing excellent service tailored to customers' needs-whether under warranty, service contracts, or ad-hoc support.
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities for additional products, training, or consumables during customer visits.
- Managing service documentation, ensuring every visit is recorded and logged accurately in the company's CRM.
- Liaising with technical teams to report field issues and contribute to product improvement.
