Own the SHE management system and keep it aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead the COMAH duties, ensuring the Safety Case Report is delivered on schedule Act as the site's lead authority on SHE, advising senior leaders and operational teams Build strong relationships with regulators, emergency services and external stakeholders Lead emergency preparedness, resilience planning and crisis management across the site Develop and support your SHE and Security team of ten What you'll need to apply for the Safety, Health & Environment Manager Demonstrable experience operating within an upper-tier COMAH site.

A Level 6 SHE qualification as a minimum (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent), plus a relevant environmental qualification, with a strong grasp of process safety and major hazard risk Strong people leadership and proven experience liaising with outside agencies such as the HSE, environment regulators and gold command, including emergency response management The ESH Manager position would suit candidates who are currently an HSE Manager, Health, Safety and Environment Manager, SHEQ Manager, EHS Manager, Head of ESH, Head of SHE, HSSE Manager, HSEQ Manager, etc Interested?
