Electrical Maintenance Engineer | 4-Day Week | £48k+ Package

The Opportunity are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Electrical Maintenance Technician who prefers solving root-cause issues rather than just \’patching\’ machines?

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a specialist manufacturing site in Liverpool.

What You\’ll Be Doing Working within a tight-knit engineering team, you will:

• Maintain and upgrade electrical systems (motors, panels, relays, lighting).
• Diagnose complex faults and implement long-term reliability fixes.
• Lead electrical installations and support continuous improvement projects.
• Manage flexible on-call requirements (often handled remotely).

What We\’re Looking For

• Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Background: Solid experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Skillset: A proven track record with electrical systems

The Package

• Earnings: £20.50 – £22.90 per hour + £71/week allowance (£43k – £48k+ total).
• Bonus: Two performance-related bonuses per year.
