As a Retail Sales Consultant at Hampton Wick, you'll be the face of Sigma Sports, guiding customers through everything from choosing their first road bike to upgrading their setup.

  • Providing expert advice on bikes, components, and accessories
  • Conducting bike sizings and recommending the right fit for every customer
  • Driving sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Keeping on top of the latest cycling products, trends, and technologies
  • Managing stock, inventory, and customer orders efficiently
  • Keeping the store looking its best: organised, fully stocked, and visually on point

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience (cycling industry experience a real plus)
  • Strong knowledge of bikes, components, and accessories
  • A genuine passion for cycling
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a bonus
