We’re now looking for a CRM Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in how we connect with our customers.
Position Overview:
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves data-led marketing, creative communication, and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising our email and SMS campaigns, helping us drive engagement, grow our audience and increase repeat purchasing. Working across platforms like Attentive, Gleam and Shopify, you’ll bring campaigns to life through smart segmentation, personalisation and performance insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Delivery
- Plan, build and send targeted email & SMS campaigns
- Support product launches, promotions and seasonal activity
- Deliver personalised, segmented communications that drive engagement
- Performance & Optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance (open rate, click rate, conversion)
- Run A/B tests to improve results
- Identify opportunities to increase retention and customer lifetime value
- Daily CRM Trading
- Manage the day-to-day CRM campaign calendar
- Ensure all campaign assets (copy, imagery, links) are accurate
- Support sales events, brand partnerships and promotional activity
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, ecommerce and design teams
- Align CRM campaigns with wider trading and marketing plans
- Brief creative teams and support content development
- Growth & Innovation
- Support subscriber growth through competitions and acquisition campaigns
- Develop CRM journeys and templates
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused approach
Technical
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Attentive, Klaviyo, Braze, Adobe)
- Confidence using ecommerce tools (ideally Shopify)
- Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance
Desirable
- Experience in ecommerce or retail
- Familiarity with tools like Gleam
- Basic HTML/CSS or design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe)
- Interest in cycling, triathlon or endurance sports
