Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Sunday)

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our new store. In this customer-focused role, you will work closely with our customers in selecting the perfect bike and accessories for their next adventure. You will also be responsible for conducting bike sizing, managing stock and inventory, and supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on selecting bikes and accessories, conduct sizings, and recommend maintenance and upgrades.
  • Sales: Drive sales and meet targets by engaging with customers, upselling products, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cycling products, trends, and technologies.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Handle stock control, conduct regular checks, and ensure the store is always fully stocked.
  • Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and communication.
  • Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to create a positive environment, share knowledge, and maintain safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous retail sales experience, ideally within the cycling industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bicycles, components, and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
