Position Overview:

As a Bicycle Technician at Sigma Sports, you will join a supportive, collaborative workshop team where your skills will grow alongside your passion for cycling. Depending on your experience level, your role will range from initial bike assembly and pre-delivery inspections to complex servicing and custom bike builds. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for cycling, bikes, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Practical mechanical skills and a willingness to learn and develop your expertise.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive, enthusiastic team.

Essential Skills & Qualities (Experienced Roles):

  • Proven experience in bicycle servicing and repairs within a workshop environment.
  • Familiarity with road, gravel, and triathlon bicycles.
  • Cytech Level 2 or 3 qualification is advantageous, but training is provided.
