Outline of role:

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Fulfilment Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the department while delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is to ensure high standards of communication in order to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
