Youll use your technical expertise, market insight, and commercial awareness to develop accurate cost estimates that reflect true project value, ensuring Sigma M&E is always positioned to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Your work directly contributes to the businesss growth and reputation, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective M&E solutions for our clients. Prepare detailed project cost estimates, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns. Review supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance. Support the tender process, including bid preparation, coordination, and handover to project teams. Analyse market rates, benchmark data, and project risks to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong commercial relationships. Prepare detailed project cost estimates, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
