WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT COORDINATOR. Sigma are experts at transforming commercial space. With over 20 years experience operating in the fast-paced and dynamic retail sector, Sigma provide a true end-to-end service; from store construction and consolidation to fixture procurement, projects, and mechanical support invoicing, cost allocation, and query resolution.
Coordinate orders and process delivery schedules within the WMS, ensuring accuracy and data alignment across systems. Allocate stock and equipment in line with project requirements, monitoring availability and resolving shortages. Investigate and resolve issues relating to orders, stock, and transport; produce reports and updates. Support audits, compliance activities, and provide general administrative support to the Transport team.
Knowledge and experience required:
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, supply chain, project, or administrative environment.
- Experience coordinating orders, deliveries, or stock within a fast-paced operational setting.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), transport booking systems, or similar platforms (ERP/finance systems such as Sage advantageous).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data across multiple systems.
- Understanding of transport processes and basic compliance requirements (desirable).
- Proven ability to manage, prioritise, and meet deadlines within a high-volume workload.
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery.
