We are looking for a Site Manager. Number of Roles: 1 | Division: Project Solutions | Location: Castleford, Remote.

Outline of role: With assistance from the Project Manager, ensure that, from concept to completion, the pre-development and construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the Sigma PRIDE values are followed.
- Ability to deliver through a team making sure they are driving for the best results.
- Providing leadership for site staff.
- For the adherence to the plan, specification and programme of works.
- Review and Implement RAMS.
- Prepare progress reports, monitor programmes and sign off quality documents.
- Sign Employees timesheets and subcontractors onsite to ensure effective cost tracing.
- Ensure that induction is rigorously carried out and records completed.
- Identify causes of nonconformance on site, instigate action to control and prevent re-occurrence.
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with client and/or their representatives to resolve immediate issues, ensuring their needs are achieved and maintaining a professional approach.
- To check maintain and ensure good standards of work and with clean working areas throughout site.
- Any variations or extra works are recorded in detail and discussed with PM and QS.
Qualifications:
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
- SMSTS.
- 3 Day First Aid Course.
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness.
- Fire Marshall.
- CSCS Black Card.
- NVQ Level 5/6.
