What you'll do as the Tooling Project Engineer (Injection Moulding):
- Project manage injection moulding tooling from quote through to series production, working across three sites and with overseas suppliers.
- Manage tooling projects through quotation, sourcing, design, development and launch into production.
- Carry out DFM and Moldflow studies to make sure parts are feasible and optimised.
- Liaise with customers on all project matters, providing weekly updates and keeping milestones on track.
- Work closely with quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver smooth product launches.
- Manage engineering changes and keep timing plans, trackers and status reports up to date.
