About the Process Operator role:

You'll be part of a team transforming raw materials into products that are essential materials for industries including electronics and automotive. The work can be physical and hands-on, but if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, this is a chance to grow with a company investing in its future.

What you will be doing as the Process Operator:

  • Operating and monitoring production processes.
  • Handling raw materials and finished products.
  • Keeping the plant running smoothly with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a production operator, process operator or similar gained in a chemical, heavy or metals-based manufacturing environment.
  • A proactive, reliable individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves.
  • Someone eager to learn and develop in a physical, heavy industrial environment.

The package: A starting rate of £14-£16 per hour, progressing to £17.50 per hour after training, plus lucrative shift allowances (once on shift after training) of £70 per week and £120 per night shift, your efforts will be well-rewarded. Benefits include a company pension, 150 hours of holiday, plus bank holidays, the potential for two bonuses per year, and overtime at enhanced rates.
