What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Production Operator, you will take on a hands-on production and supervisory role. You will spend roughly 80% of your time on production duties and the other 20% focused on leading a small team. You are responsible for monitoring KPIs and escalating issues to the supervisor. It is the perfect blend of leading from the front and overseeing team performance.
