What You'll Be Doing:

- Drive Design Quality: You will be "hands-on" with our design software, preferably "Creo", setting the standard for the team. You will champion "optioneering", exploring multiple engineering solutions before settling on the preferred one.
- Mentor the Next Generation: We have a talented team of graduates and engineers who you will mentor and guide. You will review their calculations, check their drawings, and help them develop into world-class engineers.
