What You'll Be Doing:
- You will take charge of the entire production operation, including main and ancillary lines, across a busy site.
- Tighten production planning and scheduling
- Strip out wasteful changeovers and clean-downs
- Drive efficiency and lower cost per unit
- Lead from the floor and lift standards across the team
Hours are mainly Monday to Friday, roughly 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some flexibility. Production runs 6:00 am Monday to 2:00 pm Saturday, so occasional flexibility helps.
