Your salary, benefits & hours of work:

  • Up to £45,000.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 in total), matched pension up to 5% and a Medicash wellbeing platform (dental and optical cashback).

What you'll do as the Tooling Project Engineer (Injection Moulding)

  • You’ll project manage injection moulding tooling from quote through to series production, working across three sites and with overseas suppliers.
  • Manage tooling projects through quotation, sourcing, design, development and launch into production.
  • Carry out DFM and Moldflow studies to make sure parts are feasible and optimised.
  • Liaise with customers on all project matters, providing weekly updates and keeping milestones on track.
  • Work closely with quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver smooth product launches.
  • Manage engineering changes and keep timing plans, trackers and status reports up to date.

What you'll need to apply for the Tooling Project Engineer (Injection Moulding) position

  • Solid knowledge of injection moulding and mould tooling, gained hands‑on.
  • Proven project management experience, including customer‑facing activities, comfortable managing projects holistically rather than being hands‑on in the tool room.
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas (around two trips per year).
