As Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team of production operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations. You’ll coordinate safety, quality, and output – while keeping costs and waste to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shift operations across production, engineering, and quality
  • Manage workflow, resources, and equipment to hit output and quality targets
  • Communicate clearly with other Shift Managers to ensure seamless handovers
  • Prepare and present detailed shift reports for senior management
  • Champion a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture
  • Drive CI projects and promote a high-performance mindset across the team
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in shift or production management within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Demonstrable experience with lean or continuous improvement practices
What You’ll Get:
  • Salary: £46,100 + £2,300 shift allowance
  • Bonus: Up to 15%
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, 5% pension, and cash healthcare plan
