Overview

Support the Transformation: Our client is undergoing a major operational shift. They need a driven leader to act as the key link between the shop floor and the senior leadership team.

Shape the Shop Floor: Take on a crucial leadership role to guide and mentor your team directly, driving positive change from the ground up.

Remuneration: Salary between £35,000 and £38,000. Early Friday finishes at 1.30 pm; start your weekend early. Monday to Thursday hours are 7.45 am to 4.45 pm.

What You’ll Be Doing: In this Production Supervisor role, you will take charge of 15 to 16 staff members. Your focus will be on leading the team, planning, scheduling, and workflow across multiple lines. You will maintain a strong, active presence on the shop floor and lead from the front. By working to ISO 9001 standards, you will directly improve output and quality.
