- Write up clear service reports in the company CRM after each visit and manage your own spare‑parts inventory.
- Spot opportunities to help customers with additional instruments, consumables or training, and flag them to the team.
What you’ll need to apply:
- A degree (or equivalent) in chemistry, analytical chemistry or another physical science.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with analytical instruments such as GC, GC‑MS or HPLC – including detecting faults and carrying out repairs.
