What you will be doing as the Quality Manager:

  • Reporting to the managing director, you will lead a small quality team, including a trainee quality engineer and two quality technicians.

  • Product Approval & Inspection: Lead the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Quality Systems: Take ownership of the business management systems, ensuring compliance with all third-party approvals and certifications.
  • Drive a culture of quality across the organisation by identifying areas for improvement, resolving compliance issues, and boosting customer satisfaction while reducing costs linked to non-conformances and scrap.

  • A salary of up to £60,000, a pension contribution of up to 7.5%, 25 + 8 holidays, and life assurance x 5 salary.
  • 5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8 am - 4 pm.
