What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will take charge of the entire production operation, including main and ancillary lines, across a busy site.
  • Tighten production planning and scheduling
  • Strip out wasteful changeovers and clean-downs
  • Drive efficiency and lower cost per unit
  • Lead from the floor and lift standards across the team
  • Hours are mainly Monday to Friday, roughly 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some give and take. Production runs 6:00 am Monday to 2:00 pm Saturday, so occasional flexibility helps.
