Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000–£45,000, depending on qualifications and experience
  • Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands‑on project management across the full lifecycle of product launches
  • Coordinating all technical aspects of launches
  • Build strong rapport across internal departments to support on‑time delivery
  • Reporting on project status and progress
  • Monitoring project budgets
  • Managing engineering changes
  • Representing the project in meetings with key stakeholders and customers

Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:00am‑5:00pm; Friday 8:00am‑3:30pm (some flexibility available)

Qualifications & Experience

  • A technical or engineering background gained in the manufacturing sector
  • Full project management ownership experience
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing and procurement
  • Good people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
