Your Remuneration Package:

What you will be doing:

This is not just about keeping the plant running, you will develop and execute the engineering and maintenance strategy, leading a large engineering team, and with responsibility for a significant budget. You will lead CAPEX projects up to £1M in value and champion the site\’s commitment to lean and continuous improvement, making a visible difference to performance and output.
